Re: [featuremodel-dev] State of the project

Hi Andreas,

the major changes are:
- improved rendering of the feature connections
- optional presentation of child group cardinalities
- optional presentation of a diagram legend
- Mouse over dialog for sub tree collapse / expand
- Multiline Feature Labels
- a couple of bug fixes

Next steps might be an extraction of a feature model from Eclipse Plugins, the visualization of constraints between features and eventually a configuration editor.

All the best
Benjamin

Thank you Benjamin for the info! What will be the enhancement of the feature diagram editor?

Hi Andreas,

indeed. We are currently working on the 0.8 release. Just struggling a little bit with the eclipse build environment at the moment. As soon as this is resolved, we have already an enhanced feature diagram editor ready to be commited.

All the best
Benjamin

Betreff: [featuremodel-dev] State of the project

Hello EMF Feature Model Team,
I would like to know the current state of the feature model project, because we consider to use it in a customer project as the basic exchange format for variability information. Are there any interesting plans?

Regards,
Andreas Rytina
