Well, this is assuming that we instantiate the build dashboard software (PHP?) for each project.

Unless you're suggesting "one big build dashboard for all" solution, which would be nice, but that's beyond the scope of my intelligence.  I don't know what Nick's build code can and cannot do, so I'll let you gentlemen decide.

The idea of customizing it per project seems to defeat much of the
"common" IMHO.

Otherwise, the idea seems like what will eventually happen and makes
sense.
