I see the problem now. Uriel you MUST subscribe to the ercp-dev
mailing list to be able to notify the committers about the voting.
This is why the voting failed on the first time, mailing list never
received the voting notification.

Mark, thanks for forwarding this to the mailing list. Please remember
to cast your vote using the portal (portal.eclipse.org) so that it
gets accounted for.
