How have you obtained these bundles?
Sources are available write next to the bundle. E.g. for the 4.17 release:

 800";commitId=db75b9d62993253bb4af76c244cc058c8c490d38 which points you to the exact git tag/commit the given build was produced from.

Claim that we are not fulfilling OSS obligations is without any merit.
 

Kindly provide the sources.
