[equinox-dev] Availability of Eclipse 4.4.1 RC4 and Equinox (LunaSR1RC4)

Unless there are blocking defects found,
these will be our final bits for Luna SR1, to be released (available) on
June 9/26. 
(renamed, of course, and in our 4.4
composite repo).
