[equinox-dev] A new console project in Equinox incubator

Hello,

 

In the last several months a new console project has been developed in the Equinox incubator - http://eclipse.org/equinox/incubator/console/index.php

 

This shell is based upon Apache Gogo  shell and provides enhancements over it, such as ssh connectivity and more.

 

Recently the shell bundles have been included in the incubator build http://download.eclipse.org/equinox/drops/N20110817-2000/index.php

 

Anyone who is interested in or just curious could now test it. Any feedback will be much appreciated. The documentation on http://eclipse.org/equinox/incubator/console/user-doc.php describes how to use the shell.
