More than likely the jar you are trying to install does not have a valid bundle manifest. Could you please open a bug against Equinox-Framework with the example of your bundle manifest (META-INF/MANIFEST.MF). The error message is very bad and needs to be fixed.

Hello,
I trying install a bundle but a catch this BundleException cause by: "Error converting plugin at /home/usuario/workspaceNewOSGI/.metadata/.plugins/org.eclipse.pde.core/TestMoteManager/org.eclipse.osgi/bundles/25/1/bundlefile". I would like know why a catch this Exception.
