[equinox-dev] Log4J bundle can load my classes without Eclipse-RegisterBuddy: org.apache.log4j

Hello folks,
Manifest of the bundle org.apache.log4j contains followed line:
Eclipse-BuddyPolicy: registered
And I should add Eclipse-RegisterBuddy: org.apache.log4j for Manifest of
my bundle for log4j bundle can see my classes. Right?
But log4j can see my classes without Eclipse-RegisterBuddy:
org.apache.log4j
How does log4j bundle import my packages? May be exists any mechanism
for this one and I do not know about it?
