Following instructions: http://www.eclipse.org/equinox/server/http_in_container.php

don't appear to work...

At the bottom where is says check out: org.eclipse.equinox.servletbridge.feature

and Right-Click on the webAppBuilder.xml script

This file does not exist in the repo.. In fact only feature.xml and build.properties is in there...
