[equinox-dev] [transforms] where to start ?

Hello,

can anybody give me some hints how to use transforms in my rcp ?

I want to remove the sticky behaviour from the HelpView.
So I must erase the contribution of plugin org.eclipse.help.ui to the extension point org.eclipse.ui.views.stickyView.

The wiki pages seem to be outdated - I couldn't find all the mentioned plugins in CVS.
