[equinox-dev] Commit rights for Olivier Gruber have been expired

Jeff McAffer has expired the commit rights for Olivier Gruber (ogruber). 
The reason for this change is:

Olivier is unfortunately no longer able to participate in the development
of Equinox.

To honor Olivier Gruber's contributions to the project, Jeff McAffer has
nominated Olivier Gruber for Committer Emeritus status.
