There must be some kind of mirroring
problem.  It was working fine for me yesterday, but I was in the office
and we get redirected to a local mirror. At home, I'm seeing the same as
Andrew - 404 on update.eclipse.org. We'll look into it and see what's going
on. Meanwhile, people can use: http://download.eclipse.org/eclipse/testUpdates/.

The download.eclipse.org URL is the only one that doesn't give me a 404.
