[equinox-dev] [prov] xstream checked in 
The setup for the provisioning work just got simpler because
com.thoughtworks.xstream has just been approved for usage (
http://dev.eclipse.org/ipzilla/show_bug.cgi?id=1471) and I have
consequently released it in CVS.

I have not put this library in Orbit (http://www.eclipse.org/orbit/)
because it is unlikely that we will use this in the final version.
