Since after eclipse con, Dave Stevenson has been spending time,
understanding, shaping, testing and patching the new provisioning story,
and his knowledge and contributions have been of great help.
Lately he has started to work on the uninstall logic and therefore I would
like him to be voted committer on the equinox incubator to improve our
workflow and benefit even more from his contributions.
