I nominate Oleg Besedin for commit rights for the Equinox/Bundles
component.

Oleg has been working with the Equinox team for several months now and his
work during the 3.2 cycle has been instrumental in refactoring the
org.eclipse.core.runtime plug-in. He also is intimately familiar with the
equinox registry code and has been vigorously investigating performance the
past few weeks. He has submitted numerous patches which are now part of the
3.2 builds...hey you're running on it!
