[equinox-dev] Promoting org.eclipse.osgi.jarverifier from the incubator

If you are a user of the org.eclipse.osgi.jarverifier
project then you should be interested to know that we are in the process

The current org.eclipse.osgi.jarverifier
project is being used to stage the code until we get it into shape for
the framework.  The org.eclipse.osgi.jarverifier project has recently
undergone some structural changes to change the names of packages/classes
etc.  The functionality has remained unchanged for the most part but
we have added a new runtime property that must be enabled to cause runtime
