Re: [equinox-dev] Question about IBM strategy for OSGi framework and ESB (Enterprise Service Bus)

Thai,

This is a technical mailing list frequented by developers, not strategists or support people.  So, I don't think you'll get much response to questions on IBM strategy or statements about official IBM support for various technologies.  Also, as the mailing list for an open source project, you're not likely to get much help asking about any companies in particular.  You might get more concrete answers if you have specific techical questions.

[equinox-dev] Question about IBM strategy for OSGi framework and        ESB (Enterprise Service Bus)

Hi all,

Recently IBM introduces ESB  (Enterprise Service Bus) as a key element for SOA architectures (http://www-128.ibm.com/developerworks/web/library/wa-soaesb/index.html). At the same time, IBM also supports OSGi as a framework for SOA (they have EMF project). In enterprise environments, will  ESB or OSGi be supported by IBM in the future? What is the strategy of IBM for OSGi and ESB? Thanks in advance.

Regards,
Thai
