[equinox-dev] Transition

We had the transition call earlier today
and all went well.  There were no objections or tough questions so
the transition has been approved.  The infrastructure transition has
been requested 
        https://bugs.eclipse.org/bugs/show_bug.cgi?id=110486
and will proceed as the webmaster can
do it.  Note that this will likely cause some disruptions and repo
addresses will change but no data should be lost.  All you should
have to do is modify the repository connection settings to match the new
location of the content.
