[equinox-dev] errors in plugin.xml

I have released some changes to the runtime plugin.xml that cause PDE to show errors. Specifically, I removed all of the attributes on the <plugin> tag. These are not needed (in fact they are ignored) as runtime has a MANIFEST.MF. You will note that I also removed the <runtime> and <requires> tags as well. These are also ignored.

I have entered
https://bugs.eclipse.org/bugs/show_bug.cgi?id=61074
in PDE land to address.

For now you can just ignore the error marker and enjoy the lean mean and oh so clean plugin.xml.
