I went ahead and created a gerrit to add it to the following packages which all had the JDT feature included already

- scout
Please raise your objection if you think it is a problem. If I don't hear back I assume you are happy to have it in the package you maintain.

It would be great to have the Bytecode view ("Bytecode Outline View" -
org.eclipse.jdt.bcoview.feature.feature.group) in all Java IDE 2023-03 packages
since it useful for all Java developers in general.
The Bytecode view and the AST view are mentioned in the Eclipse 4.27 - New and
Noteworthy, but cannot be found in any Java IDE 2023-03 package (one have to
know that SDK does not mean IDE package and how to get it, which probably only
few know):
