I have submitted a gerrit for this - please weigh in on the bug. The bug also has a breakdown of which packages in 2021-12 did not have which of those features as well as a link to a build containing my proposal.

I would appreciate some feedback from the package maintainers, but as we are early in the dev cycle I imagine it may not get a lot of attention until later on. I plan to merge this for M1.

I think we should try to standardize across the EPP packages a bit more - e.g. be consistent in including JRE, always include the terminal.

If there are no objections I will create a series of gerrits and add package maintainers to the review.
