Please test that this doesn't cause a problem for your included plug-ins.I have updated the incubation information for some of the packages that were missing the required info in the about dialog, see Bug 573989 for details.I removed most of the N&N links because they were not up to date. See Bug 569754.I have been following the steps on https://hackmd.io/@jonahgraham/eclipse-epp-release-process - you can see the checkmarks as to what is done.Download link:Please consider waiting until a mirror closer to you has had time to replicate the file, to make this easier I added a _mirrors.php file in the release directory so you don't have to hunt for links to the mirror finder.
EPP was built with the p2 repositories at:
https://download.eclipse.org/staging/2021-06 and
https://download.eclipse.org/technology/epp/packages/2021-06/202106031200/
