[epp-dev] oomph repository explorer error on upgrade

Hi everyone,

Is this a bug, or expected:

First start after upgrade from 2020-12 to 2021-03 I get this:

Bundle might have been uninstalled

On the upgrade I don't seem to have the Repository Explorer, but it seems to be there in fresh installs.
