The intellectual property needs to be fully vetted and you must engage in a release review before you can do a release.

I've asked the IP Team to bump up the priority for the CQs.

Please create a release record for this release.

Thank you, Wayne, the project is already in SimRel, but with the old content, inherited from GNU MCU Eclipse.

I'm working now to update the feature/bundles/IDs/etc to org.eclipse.embedcdt.*, to match the EF requirements, and hopefully get rid of the 'Incubation' tag, such that the first public appearance in 2020-12 be as compliant and look as professional as possible.
