Good Morning Package Maintainers,
here is the long awaited mail about EPP 2019-09 RC2a. There was a regression in the upstream platform code that made it necessary to rebuild RC2, and I decided to wait until the new fixed version is available.
Now... a quick test of this RC2a release candidate, because the planned release date is tomorrow (Wednesday), and we should do everything required to keep that date.
