You are right, there wasn't any announcement yet because I expected the discussion around bug 550857 [1] to end up in a respin.

The last RC has never been published on the download page because it becomes "the release" after the quiet week. But your guess is correct, build #600 in Jenkins is the candidate.

I'll send out a note soon, and hope there are no respin requests any more.
