Hi,

I suggest you add your feature to the relevant product in the epp/org.eclipse.epp.packages Git repository, and submit a patch to Gerrit.
From here, it will allow stakeholders to easily review and test the content.
One issue though is the fact that the plugin is incubating. That would force to make the package as "(includes incubating components)" that might give a bad impression.
