Hello all,

https://download.eclipse.org/technology/epp/packages/2019-03/ does not
contain M3
will there be a RC1/Release.

I am currently stucked with an OOmphed Eclipse Committers IDE with no
package explorer
and no ability to update Platform/JDT cause there is no M3
