here is the long awaited and delayed EPP 2018-12 RC2 build for testing. There were many changes happening between RC1 last week and RC2 that required changes in EPP in multiple parts.

The two most notable changes were:

- The package build runs now on Java 11 and uses the latest (not yet published) Tycho version for building the packages.

- All parts in the package definition that referenced code recommenders were removed.

The packages are available from the following download location (and are not yet available from the download server):

  https://ci.eclipse.org/packaging/job/simrel.epp-tycho-build/194/artifact/org.eclipse.epp.packages/archive/

For upgrade tests the following p2 repositories can be used:

  http://download.eclipse.org/technology/epp/packages/2018-12/RC2 and
  http://download.eclipse.org/staging/2018-12
