Can you elaborate on what the missing deps are? If JEE is broken it could be related to WTP or DTP, and thus I can look at WHY it's broken if you can define the problem for me.

Because of missing dependencies in the upstream 2018-12 p2 repository I had to disable the JEE and the Reporting package. We need to find out before RC2 what the right action is: Either the missing pieces magically appear until then, or we need to remove those dependencies from the package definition.
