The Eclipse Rust package had been renamed with a wrong file name (eclipse-rust-2018-12-incubation-M3-linux-gtk-x86_64.tar.gz instead of eclipse-rust-2018-12-M3-incubation-linux-gtk-x86_64.tar.gz), and wasn't recognised by the scripts creating the web page.

I adjusted the file name now in disk, but we need webmasters to re-read the configuration.
