I'm afraid that I am rapidly coming to hate this Dialog. It is super-irritating when launching a nested Eclipse.

Since tips is now "on demand", the initial size might be less important.

I assume you mean "+1 on this thing *not* being a dialog at all".

Well, IntelliJ apparently gets away with a Tip of the Day dialog.
*However*, its size is fixed and much smaller than what we have ATM,
making it _feel_ less obtrusive. (Aside from that, it's very similar to
what Wim has produced.)

@Wim Maybe the tips framework could enforce a maximum dialog width?
AFAICT, currently its the tips' content provider which determines
content/dialog width, but IMHO enforcing some consistency from the
outside would be a good thing. WDYT?
