Clicking the "Next" button may display the same tip again leading to the impression of duplicate tips. I used the defaults, which should be "Unread only".

Wim, with all due respect, I'm reading this as "my dialog is more important than yours". Every UX person in the world will tell you how terribly annoying dialogs are, especially at start up.
