Hi Package Maintainers,

Wim has provided changes for specific packages that include the new Tip-of-the-Day feature (https://wiki.eclipse.org/Tip_of_the_Day)

- DSL https://git.eclipse.org/r/123149

- Modeling https://git.eclipse.org/r/123150

Please review those changes, and if you decide to include it in your package, it would be extremely beneficial to make it part of the RC1 build today...

Or in short: I'd like to start the builds in about 3 hours from now (noon EDT, 6pm CEST). Please review the above changes until then.
