this time it is not a "warm-up" build... the EPP Oxygen.3 RC2 packages are ready for testing at

  https://ci.eclipse.org/packaging/job/oxygen.epp-tycho-build/455/artifact/org.eclipse.epp.packages/archive/

with the p2 repositories at

  http://download.eclipse.org/technology/epp/packages/oxygen/3.RC2/
  http://download.eclipse.org/staging/oxygen/

In these packages I updated the splash screen to the new one from Platform.

Please test and send your +1 to help making them available on the developer builds download page.
