the Oxygen.3 RC1 warm-up build is available for testing at

  https://hudson.eclipse.org/packaging/job/oxygen.epp-tycho-build/445/artifact/org.eclipse.epp.packages/archive/

The p2 repositories are

  http://download.eclipse.org/technology/epp/packages/oxygen/3.RC1/
  http://download.eclipse.org/staging/oxygen/

I updated the version numbers and the copyright dates in all packages.

Please test this first warm-up build for Oxygen.3. Unless someone has an urgent need, I'd like to start publishing the packages with the next RC2, i.e. from my side I have no plans to publish today.
