[epp-dev] Dubious warning in build.properties: An entry for org.eclipse.

Hi fellow package maintainers,

I just noticed that all org.eclipse.epp.package.* bundles'
build.properties have a dubious warning:

> An entry for org.eclipse.platform/LegacyIDE.e4xmi is required in bin.includes

Is anyone else seeing these?

I found this forum post [1] but that doesn't really explain why PDE
thinks org.eclipse.platform/LegacyIDE.e4xmi should be there in our case.
