+1 for Java (Windows 10, 64 bit)

Alas, there is an issue with Code Recommenders not making
recommendations of types from Java 9 JREs (Bug 522054), but I am still
investigating whether this is really JDT's fault (Bug 522057) or whether
we can fix this on the Code Recommenders side in time for RC4.
