[epp-dev] Oxygen RC4 EPP packages

Dear Package Maintainers,

the Oxygen RC4 packages are ready for testing at

  https://hudson.eclipse.org/packaging/job/oxygen.epp-tycho-build/318/artifact/org.eclipse.epp.packages/archive/

with the p2 repositories at

  http://download.eclipse.org/technology/epp/packages/oxygen/RC4 and

  http://download.eclipse.org/staging/oxygen

As always the "RC4" reminder that those packages won't be made public tomorrow/Friday as they are the final packages to be released after quiet week if there are no respin requests. Speaking about respin requests: If there are any of them in the next week, we'll probably have to rebuild and to retest the packages.

A few days before the release I will go over all the epp.website.xml files to update the N&N locations. Feel free to help and make updates to this list or to the description that will appear on the download page via Gerrit at any time.
