[epp-dev] Requesting Welcome screen update for MPC

Hi package maintainers,

The MPC project would like to request a small update to its Welcome Screen entry's subline, see MPC bug 511218[1]. We'd like to update our subline from "Enhance your IDE with additional plugins" to "Enhance your IDE with additional plugins and install your Marketplace favorites".

I'm prepared to push the change to Gerrit, but was wondering what EPP's preferred way was to do this? Should I open bugs against each package and push separate Gerrits, or just a single bug and commit for all packages?
