you are waiting for a build-is-ready-to-test mail? Here it is... ;-)

The Neon.3 RC4 packages are ready for testing from build #594 at

  https://hudson.eclipse.org/packaging/job/neon.epp-tycho-build/594/artifact/org.eclipse.epp.packages/archive/

The p2 repositories for upgrades and updates are

  http://download.eclipse.org/technology/epp/packages/neon/SR3-RC4/

  http://download.eclipse.org/staging/neon/

Please test as usual and send your vote for the Neon.3 packages to this mailing list.

Because these RC4 packages are the ones that are supposed to be released as final Neon.3 packages, they won't be made available tomorrow/Friday.
