Hi Markus,

We don't want to remove the entire Composer feature from the PHP EPP.

We want to revert a change in PDT. This would indeed require a respin of the Neon.3 p2 repo.

Correct me if I'm wrong, but I just want to confirm

- that you don't need any changes in the Neon.3 p2 repository or update any contributions to this p2 repository
- that the only change required is reverting https://git.eclipse.org/r/#/c/85577/ in the EPP Git repository?

If this is true, I'd recommend to make the required changes in the EPP Git repository and start a full rebuild of all packages. At this point in time it's always the safest way (and because it is RC4 and we are not publishing them today on the download page I'm relatively relaxed).
