No idea at all...

I've been looking into the metadata http://download.eclipse.org/technology/epp/packages/oxygen/M5/content.jar, especially into the 'epp.package.committers' IU, but it looks good to me.

Then I've been running several update/upgrade tests with the "RCP/RAP" package on Linux:

- Upgrade from Neon.0 to Oxygen M5: no problems

- Update from Oxygen M4 to Oxygen M5: no problems

Is there anything special in your setup? Did something change in p2? OS-related (Mac)?
