our Neon.2 RC3 build with the packages is available and waiting for testing at https://hudson.eclipse.org/packaging/job/neon.epp-tycho-build/487/artifact/org.eclipse.epp.packages/archive/ For updates from older versions you'll need to activate the following p2 repositories http://download.eclipse.org/technology/epp/packages/neon/SR2-RC3 http://download.eclipse.org/staging/neon All packages contain an important change to solve the following issue. Instead of using a fixed time on Tuesday every week, the packages are using the new "once every week" setting now:
