[epp-dev] EPP 4.6.1 RC3 (Neon.1 RC3) packages
Dear package maintainers,

same procedure as last week, only the URLs are slightly different... the Neon.1 RC3 packages are ready to be tested:

  https://hudson.eclipse.org/packaging/job/neon.epp-tycho-build/420/artifact/org.eclipse.epp.packages/archive/

Upgrades can be tested by adding

  http://download.eclipse.org/technology/epp/packages/neon/SR1-RC3
  http://download.eclipse.org/staging/neon/

to the list of active p2 repositories.

I'm haven't checked if those RC3 packages are affected by bug 501060 [1], but if they are I hope that can be fixed in the upstream p2 repository until RC4 next week.

The release on the download page for the packages with a +1 is planned for tomorrow/Friday.
