[epp-dev] Intro tried accessing a NULL bundle - Was: Mars.2 RC4 packages

Hi,

while testing the Java package, I came across Bug 488040 [1].

The Mars.2 RC4 SDK [2] does not exhibit this issue, so it seems to be a
packaging problem. Is the Java package the only on exhibiting this issue?
