FWIW, the download numbers (for Mars+Neon) of the Installer indicate that Win-32bit is still the second biggest group of users:

Win64: 2139721
Win32: 677520
Mac64: 519276
Lin64: 377572
Lin32: 137440

I can't tell what packages these installers were actually used, though.
