Hi package maintainers,

the Neon M3 build is ready for testing. This time, all packages except the reporting package could be build (this one needs to stay disabled because Birt is not yet available in Neon).

One last minute change that I did today is documented in the following bug report. I did this late in the milestone development cycle because I'm convinced that it is important to have this early in the release to give adopters a chance to react:
