[epp-dev] EPP Scout for Neon M3 Change

Hi

I changed the EPP Scout Package and pushed the change to Gerrit: https://git.eclipse.org/r/#/c/59931/ Unfortunatly the build failed but I don't see why. It doesn't seem to build anything:

Can someone help me here?
