[epp-dev] Requesting EPP package respin to fix preference recorder problems with WTP

I have opened   Bug 470430- OOmph preference recorder causing unexpected results

https://bugs.eclipse.org/bugs/show_bug.cgi?id=470430

Proposing a one line change disabling the preference recorder on by default

I feel this problem justifies a respin, and the fix will allow users to "opt-in" to the function if desired.

The behavior is not ok from a usability perspective, i.e. as a user I would expect that disabling the preference recorder once (in one workspace) also disables, applying global preferences in that workspace. However, given that there is a workaround available (e.g., disabling the setup tasks) I don't see a need for a re-spin and instead deliver a fix with SR1.
